Bankole is the Founder of LiveYourDreamsAfrica; a platform he set up to challenge Africans to live their lives intentionally towards the achievement of their dreams. Through this platform, he showcases successful people in different walks of life who have against all odds consciously pursued their dreams and are today celebrated for what they do.
He has successfully held 3 editions(2013 – 2015) of this initiative gathering over 1,000 people to listen to successful people share true stories of how they unlocked their potentials in a seemingly difficult society like ours.

He also speaks at corporate trainings, conferences, churches and universities empowering people with the necessary skills for a successful life.
Mr. Williams is a convener of Youth conferences and the Assistant Coordinator Youth With a Purpose (YWAP), a non-governmental organization where he speaks on a weekly basis, inspiring young people to become great achievers in Nigeria. YWAP’s vision is to positively affect the lives of Nigerian youth and he successfully motivates the youth to achieve this objective.
